Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) for Qynera.net

1) Overview
Qynera.net (“Qynera”, “we”, “our service”) provides online services and tools (including a web interface and, where applicable, integrations and/or an API) intended for lawful and good-faith use. This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets mandatory rules for all Qynera users.
2) Acceptance
By accessing or using Qynera (including submitting prompts/data, receiving outputs, and using features, integrations and/or APIs), you confirm that you:
- have read and understood this AUP;
- agree to comply with it; and
- are responsible for ensuring your use of the service is lawful and appropriate.
If you do not agree, you must stop using Qynera.
3) Prohibited use
You may NOT use Qynera, or any Qynera outputs, to engage in (including attempts to, assisting, instructing, encouraging, or organizing) any of the following:
3.1. Unlawful activity
- any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations;
- facilitating criminal activity, concealment, laundering, or evasion of legal restrictions;
- violations of sanctions/export controls or other mandatory legal regimes (where applicable).
3.2. Unauthorized access, hacking, and malicious cyber activity
- gaining or attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, devices, or data;
- creating, modifying, distributing, or using malware (viruses, trojans, ransomware, backdoors, etc.);
- phishing, credential theft, token/session theft, or MFA/2FA bypass attempts;
- DDoS/DoS attacks, operating botnets, or scanning/exploiting vulnerabilities without explicit authorization from the system owner;
- instructions for bypassing security controls or restrictions (including Qynera’s safeguards).
3.3. Fraud, deception, and social engineering
- scams, fraud schemes, extortion, or financial wrongdoing;
- forgery of documents/evidence, impersonation of persons or organizations;
- social engineering intended to obtain access, money, or data, or to cause harm.
3.4. Spam and unsolicited messaging
- unsolicited bulk messaging or generating content intended for spam;
- manipulating reviews/ratings/votes through deceptive means.
3.5. Privacy and third-party rights violations
- collecting, disclosing, or publishing personal data without lawful basis and/or consent (including doxxing);
- de-anonymization, covert surveillance, stalking, or attempts to identify private individuals;
- infringement of copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other third-party rights.
3.6. Harm, harassment, hate, or violence
- threats, incitement to violence, harassment, bullying, or abuse;
- content promoting hatred or discrimination based on protected characteristics.
3.7. Sexual exploitation and child safety
- any sexual exploitation;
- any sexual content involving minors or implying minors (strictly prohibited with no exceptions).
3.8. Weapons and dangerous instructions
- instructions or assistance related to building, acquiring, or using weapons/explosives for harmful purposes.
3.9. Self-harm facilitation
- content that promotes self-harm or provides instructions for self-harm.
3.10. Abuse of the service and circumvention
- bypassing technical limits, safeguards, rate limits, or moderation mechanisms of Qynera;
- using the service in a way that could disrupt, degrade, or compromise Qynera or provider infrastructure.
4) Permitted use (examples)
You may use Qynera for legitimate, lawful purposes, such as:
- drafting/editing text, summarization, and analysis;
- software assistance, prototyping, and workflow automation;
- customer support and internal documentation;
- education and research in compliance with laws and third-party rights.
5) Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- submit only data you have the right and lawful basis to use and share;
- avoid uploading third-party personal data or confidential information without appropriate legal basis and permissions;
- keep your account credentials, access keys, and integrations secure;
- promptly report suspected compromise or abuse.
6) Enforcement
If we suspect or determine a violation, we may, at our discretion and without prior notice where necessary:
- reject requests and/or restrict features;
- suspend or terminate access (including account termination);
- perform manual review and request additional information;
- remove or restrict access to content associated with a violation; and
- cooperate with competent authorities as required by applicable law.
7) Reporting abuse
If you believe the service is being abused or you discover a security issue, please contact us via the support/security contacts published on Qynera.net.
8) Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Updates take effect upon posting on Qynera.net unless stated otherwise. Continued use means acceptance of the updated AUP.
